Deposit limits

puntsport provides deposit-limit tools so customers can set, lower, increase or remove a limit on how much they can deposit over a selected period. A deposit limit is offered during account opening in accordance with the National Consumer Protection Framework. You can manage your limit in My account.

How limits behave

  • Decreases take effect immediately.
  • Increases observe a seven-day cool-off, after which you re-confirm before the new figure applies.
  • Removal is treated as an increase and is subject to the same cool-off.

Reset periods

  • Per day — resets at 00:00 AEST/AEDT each day.
  • Per week — rolling seven-day window.
  • Per month — calendar month.

Notifications

You are notified when cumulative deposits reach 80% and 100% of the limit. Further deposits are blocked until the next reset boundary; pending bets, balances and withdrawals are unaffected.
