Terms of service

These terms govern the use of puntsport.com and any related services operated by WINNERS BOOKMAKING PTY LTD. By opening an account or placing a wager you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

Wagering services are restricted to persons at least 18 years of age, physically located in Australia, whose participation is not prohibited by any applicable law.

Account opening and identity verification

An account holder must complete identity verification under the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth) before any wager is accepted. All new accounts are screened against the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop) under Part 7B of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) before activation.

Wager acceptance and settlement

A wager is accepted only when displayed as confirmed inside the account. Abandoned or postponed events are void unless a result has been determined. Late scratchings, dead heats, protests and photo-finishes are settled under the published market rules. Manifest pricing (palpable) errors may be voided.

Payments

Deposits are accepted by eligible debit-card payments, BPay, PayID, Apple Pay and Google Pay linked to an eligible debit card. Cryptocurrency, consumer credit cards (including BNPL) and third-party instruments are not accepted (Interactive Gambling Amendment (Credit and Other Measures) Act 2023).

Promotions, bonuses and inducements

Any promotion is made available only to eligible, verified account holders and is never offered as an inducement to open an account or to bet. In accordance with the Betting and Racing Act 1998 (NSW) and the NCPF, puntsport does not publish gambling inducements or sign-up offers to persons who are not logged-in account holders. Protection of customer funds

Under the conditions of puntsport's Liquor & Gaming NSW bookmaker licence, customer funds are held in trust, segregated from the operator's general operating funds.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, puntsport is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
